Warning! Do NOT work with this company. They do suspect work and they most certainly do NOT stand behind their work or even honor their legal responsibilities like their 1 year new construction warranty. We bought a new construction single family home directly from them in 2023. The upstairs shower/bathtub developed a crack and subsequently the tub leaked through the floor and ceiling and through a light fixture in the kitchen below. Incremental repairs attempts have cost us hundreds of dollars and the crack keeps reappearing due to improper installation. We were still well within the warranty period, however, 2020 Builders did nothing but deny, delay, disregard and ultimately try to pawn us off on a supplier. Stay away from this company at all costs...unless you want to incur unnecessary costs and waste your time trying to get this company to fulfill its contractual obligations.
