Dr. Bayasi is dishonest and unprofessional. Do not hire this person and save your money and stress. He doesn't answer phone calls or return them. He collected the full amount of $3,000 on the first meeting with my client even after being 1:30hrs late and on top of that unapologetic about it, I had to leave to go to another meeting because he was so late. He didn't even submit a contract with terms for payment or when his work was going to be finished.

I'd advise hiring another person to do your work. Unfortunately, Mr. Bayasi is dishonest, and does not communicate. If you can't trust someone there is no use trying to interact with them, Save your time and hire someone else.

We understand that construction comes with delays - we are just asking for communication. A professional that is a month late on the job and is ghosting their client can quickly be placed in the category of theft. DO NOT HIRE.
