    Home project

    Great contractor! Very attentive and always willing to help. Will make you feel comfortable in suggesting new ideas. Our new home was beautiful and just how we wanted it. He catered to our needs. Great quality. Will be recommending him to friends and family. Cesar is a great contractor.

    Maintain home he built for tenants who paid a FORTUNE monthly

    Cesar is a crook. Bad structural, cuts corners. We rented a house he built & owns for almost 3 yrs. Begged him to fix AC when it went out, took weeks. Pipe burst in a wall...mold started before he came in to fix. Always in MX...hard to reach. Wanted to sell the house (his right) but didn't want to give us 30-days notice in case he didn't close. Realtor gave us notice. No refund of our deposit even though he walked through with an employee before our cleaning crew arrived. Tols us what great tenanta we were and that we always kept the house and property in great repair. Roof leaks, photos of house fe when we moved in. Texts where he refused to remove dead trees in an HOA community that we had to pay to have removed after getting electronic communication from his assistant.

    If my mother wasn't fighting cancer in another state I'd sue his sorry ass.
