    In my personal experience, the Zinn Brothers represent the Best of the Best in home design and construction as well as standing behind their work. Omar and Adam are customer-focused, innovative and quality-conscious. They live in the Chapel Hill community that they have worked so hard to develop and make home, not just for their own families but for countless others including mine. They have built one outstanding home for me and I'm looking currently looking to have them build another.

    absolutely terrible communication, very rude and hostile, unwilling to make any changes and didn't even follow approved plans - then offered no apology when it was pointed out. AVOID anything zinn related.
