This home was inspected by the City of Springfield and passed all inspections. While we do warranty our homes, we cannot offer/afford an unlimited warranty. We believe 7 years is beyond a reasonable warranty period. Thank you.

They built my home and violated Springfield building code by not venting the kitchen stove out through the roof. These guys vented it into the attic and called it a day! This is a safety hazard as well as a moisture/wood rot problem. Then when I questioned them on the violation of code the said tough luck.
