I was referred to this company by a associate at the hospital we both work in. She said they were great. However, this is not the same experience I had. I contacted him the same day. We scheduled an appt to come give me an estimate which he didn't show up his younger did. I was told his brother out of town still.. uhh, ok. He had no measure tape, no ideas, no nothing whatsoever. It was a complete waste of 2 hours. He said his brother would be in touch to go over numbers. Well that never happened. I called twice; left messages and texted and no response. Completely unprofessional. Maybe the job was too big but they could have responded at least. I would not recommend them to anyone. They appear to be flaky. I would be afraid they would rip your home apart then not answer your calls or text. I read above someone else had the same issue with them not responding..

Matt and his partner are very nice guys and I'm sure they are skilled in certain areas. But installing a new Header to support a patio in the backyard is not something they are good at.
The project consisted of replacing an existing 6” header (33’ long) with a 9” header (33’ long)… which they did. However, the section of the patio roof to the right of the header began to sag… since they failed to support it. What they should have done, was to replace the shiplap that was above the rafters with 8’x4’ plywood which would support the rafters. This would have eliminated the sagging.
They came out to see the sagging roof but wouldn’t fix it without charging me another $2,300. They cut the rafters which is not to code but refused to fix their error. Very disappointing.
Summary: they are good about follow up and calling back, they are very pleasant, but their framing skills are poor, and they don't stand behind their work.
