    Chris did a tremendous amount of work at my house in my pre-sale house renovations. I cannot say enough about Chris Zipperian. He is VERY intelligent, he is amazingly experienced when it comes to a very wide variety of house fix-up tasks. He completely gutted my downstairs and took on a growing list of random tasks all around the property making a wide variety of tasks easy on me as a home owner. When it came to the budget, he was very reasonable and guided me through choices in a way helped me determine where I want to save money and where I wanted to invest more. I feel like the best part of my multi-contractor renovation was Chris Zipperian and all the projects he handled for me. A+ I fully recommend Chris for all contractor projects. If you are about to renovate or need something fixed, the smartest thing you could do is setup a meeting with Chris to go over the project(s).
