Very disappointed with our customer service this morning. The lady we spoke with on the phone had a tone in her voice from the beginning. When she answered the call she told me I needed to wait because she was calling back her other clients first, so I waited on hold. When she came back to the phone she was a very unprofessional. I misunderstood my husband as to what we exactly needed done, and so I had to have my husband get on the phone to properly explain when she wouldn't take the second to hear us out because she had "more" important clients to call back first. (The whole phone call lasted less than 4 minutes long). When we asked her if she could just hear us out, so that we knew if we were calling the right place to get help (Which we were, I found out from a previous client of yours), she told us that WE needed to have patience... asked for our number and said she would call us back. With how the that phone call went, I would rather not be called back. It is so much of a hassle to talk to you guys to make an appointment, its not worth investing our money in your company for the long run. Your receptionist woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning and you lost a potential repetitive client in the process. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
