I had to remodel my kitchen due to to a water leak. I talked to different contractors, but Carlos was the only one that would work to my busy schedule. I had never done a project like this before and his suggestions and recommendation were spot on and made what could have been a complicated situation easy. Everyone that came to my house was professional, courteous and their work was performed with a care for detail. I am completely satisfied with the finished product. I would highly recommend Ziur and Carlos to anyone for their construction project.

We got Ziur Contracting as our GC for several units we needed to remodel (Flip) we needed a person how can pull permits and knew how to flip houses and Carlos the owner did a wonderful job managing all phases of these projects. He help us with the Design, Budget and Construction of every unit.

We call Ziur Contracting for an estimate in our kitchen remodel and not only Carlos was very professional but knew about what was the best for us in our budget. The kitchen is what we wanted and more!
