The President of ZKC NY LLC
I have used ZKC twice in the last four years:
1. it was a gut renovation of a two bedroom two bathroom coop – it was my first renovation project – Zev is not only your general contractor, but he helps with the design and architectural ideas, he knows what will help to increase a resale value of your place and really gets what is important to every member of client’s family (read a couple did not get a divorce after a gut reno); he delivers.
2. three years after the first project I hired Zev to combine two apartments which involved gut renovation, moving walls, building new bath (where it did not exist before); installing split ac units throughout the apartments etc. I think the best recommendation would be that I have hired him for a second major project without hesitation and would hire him and his team again for any renovation. He really puts his heart into it and quality speaks for itself.
