After a great deal of difficulty reaching him, Joey finally came out to measure my windows in order to do a total replacement. He said he would contact me with an estimate. He has vanished into thin air. He does not return texts or phone calls. His lack of professionalism is utterly astonishing.

Joey has helped us with at least 4 different major renovations, and I trust him completely! He is by far the best contractor we've used...and we've had to use a lot over the years (but only when Joey is too busy to help out). I would use him for everything and anything - he has replaced windows, gutted and renovated 4+ rental units, and I can say that he actually saved one property from falling apart...literally. He is the best. I'm hesitant to write this review because we want to keep him for ourselves; he is honest, hardworking, dependable, easy to communicate with, a really good problem solver, and just generally a good person. I realize this is so positive you're probably thinking we're related or something, but I promise, we've just been really impressed after working with him for 6+ years and I can't recommend anyone else more highly than Joey and his team!
