By Byron B.December 7, 2022solar install$60,000
I gave this company a chance. Solar panels were installed on October 4th 2022 a few days after the contract was signed Mosaic the finance company. The day of install they left all their trash and said they would pick it up the next day. Took over a month for them to remove the trash, and extra solar panels left from install date. Windstorm inspection came 2 days later October 6th 2022 and passed. Since then they only came back to get the trash they left. a month later. It has been 2 months and I still get the run around stating electrician had a heart attack to the owner had the flu for 2 weeks and is behind. I was told by Dakota Sanchez of Iconic Solar and roofing that Zach Gomez owner of Ztec Solar was the best. Sorry to say this was a false statement as right now I only have 32 plus solar panels on my roof that are not connected no Electrician to get things ready for PTO so I submit my rating today what to expect if you use Ztec Solar and Dakota Sanchez of Iconic Solar and roofing is selling to you from door to door.

We hired Ztech Solar in October 2023 for additional batteries to be added to our existing solar backup system.
He brought batteries that did not fit the system. Took them back. Brought 2 more months later. Shut our system down over Christmas and was unable to get our system back to working.
We tried contacting him in January to get our money back, no response. We filed a claim in Small Claims and got judgment in May 2023. Now we need to find him to collect on this judgment.
I would strongly suggest not to hire Zachary Gomez, Ztech Security or Ztech Solar.
