I had to have a kitchen island removed and then replaced due to a broken pipe beneath the kitchen floor. ZVA did an excellent job of removal and replacement with significant attention to detail. They were also very careful to place tarps on the floor so that there was no scratches or dirt to the adjacent areas. Overall, I would recommend this company for any extensive work that you may have. Zak and his team were incredible, my wife and I as we decided which way to go with our project worked with ZVA they met all our requests and give us a specific timeline, they stayed within our budget and they delivered on time, The Team at ZVA initially started with just the windows and ended up doing some major construction and even helped take over other unfinished jobs along the way, AWESOME PROFESSIONAL GUYS !!! Zva Construction did a great job on wrapping outdoor window trim on the windows of my entire house. zac also went out of his way to answer any questions I had ... I especially appreciate the fact that he guarantees his work and does not consider a job finished until I was happy with everything done on my house. I will definitely keep this company in mind when I do future renovations

Zac was recommended to us by our home inspector when we needed a new window. He came in and did a great job, quickly, and at a good price. He is very personable, and someone you will be comfortable having come in to work in your home with your family. We had him come back to replace a second of our cheap builder quality windows that was leaking, and it solved the problem. He did not push us to replace the other windows that are still ok and didn't penalize us for only buying one window at a time. He also did some other minor repairs, such as a much safer dryer vent extension solution to stop it from exiting right under our raised deck. He will be coming back next week to quote finishing our basement, and will be at the top of our list for other repairs or to quote any other major work.
He also recommended a great HVAC person, so we have been very pleased with the network of people him and our home inspector are a part of.
Be sure to give ZVA Construction a call to come in and quote any needs you have, as I am sure you will not be disappointed!

After years of putting off fixing a water problem in my basement, ZVA Construction came to the rescue! Zak spent hours scraping peeling paint off cinder block, resealed the walls, built new steps, and replaced the interior basement doors.
