    Build our home
    $260,000

    We signed our contract well over a year ago and signed our mortgage agreement 15 months ago and received the permits 10 months ago. The only thing done on our lot is a slab that is crumbling and a some wood that is getting very weathered and plenty of empty promises. We are so disappointed right now.

    We looked at several new construction home builders in North Port and Port Charlotte and my family all agreed that Zwiercan Homes was the best. Jarek the owner is a great guy and hard worker. Works hard to make us happy and he did such an amazing job! We were very happy working with Jarek and Lisa through the whole process, from buying to closing. Jarek is a very "hands-on" builder, guided us and kept us up to date through every step. The detail, workmanship and quality is all top notch.The homes is beautiful and my family loves it.

    He builds houses and gets them about three quarters of the way done before marketing. His quality is excellent.

    My experience started out with my husband and I, relocating back to Florida May 2017. I was tired living in a apartment so I started looking into buying a home June 2017. I got my pre approval letter for $200,000.00 and was excited to start shopping for homes. I started with a realtor who barely drove to look for houses for me. I started driving around North Port area on my own, and saw one of Zwerican homes coming to a finish. I literally called the builder right away to see if he had any homes no more than my pre approval amount. He did have a one floor planned at the time priced at 199,000.00 before my upgrade of the floors. I immediately sent over the next day to see this floor plan that was completely coming to a finish. I feel in love with all the materials, crown moldings, granite, appliances. I put in my pre approval letter on one of the properties being built. The contractor worked with my upgrade needs to fit in my loan amount. Zwericsn always answered my phone calls when I wanted to visit the home during the process of construction. I recommend buying a home with this builder. You get one full year warranty plus 10 year bond warranty. I did have one issue with a cabinet, zwerican builder immediately texted me and came out to fix it with no issue. I can text him late at night, he will reply. The best part of this, the builder wife works as a realtor, she did all my papers and no hassle of me hiring a realtor. I am blessed to have my home that I love coming too every day. Thank you Zwerican homes for making my dream come true.

    I highly recommend Zwiercan homes. I have been in the construction industry either as a subcontractor or sales since 1997. I have been a part of million dollar homes as well as hundreds of cookie cutter spec houses for various builders and I am here to tell you Zwiercan is top notch. We purchased a spec house that was anything but. Wainscoting, crown molding throughout, plank style raised panel doors (instead of standard six panel or two panel) or a premium stainless appliances instead of the standard builders grade stainless appliance package. There is a lot of attention to details just little things that people might not consider or think of like tub valve placement so that you can turn on the water without getting wet, spring close garage door and thoughtful pre wire for cable and telephone to a convenient location in a central part of the house. A lot of features Zwiercan Homes offers standard are only found as custom items with most builders especially in this market.
