Home Addition
Addition: A 500 sq. ft. addition off the back of the home, including a basement below the addition.
New Spaces: The addition will include a new kitchen, great room, and q mudroom with a new entrance into the back of the home.
Basement: A new basement will be built below the addition and added to the current basement (don't want to dig out basement but provide updates to basement)
Structural Modifications:
New basement stairs will be constructed in the existing stair area.
Two walls in the existing dining room will be removed.
Design Approach: An architect has drawn schematic designs while maintaining existing structural walls where possible.
Additional Details:
I prioritize high-quality materials over maximizing space.
