I am reaching out because my current contractor has brought the rehab project close to completion, but I need a reliable team to help finish the remaining work.
The property is approximately 95% complete. The major structural and system work has already been done. What’s left includes:
Install side exterior door to make it fit.
Install finishing trims & baseboards.
Install of AC unit.
Install 1 bathroom door to make it fit.
Install attic access.
Exterior windows trim.
Back deck door (redo left side)
