Bathroom Remodel
PROJECT:
1st floor bathroom remodel. replace tub with walk in shower with grab bars. all new sheetrock because of mildew. new lights, new ceiling exhaust, new tile or vinyl flooring, new vanity. new paint. wall might need to come out and be rebuilt.
the drain for the tub might need to be changed for the shower. the plumbing is in the basement ceiling.
MOTIVATION:
was replacing wallpaper and saw mildew and wants to fix up the whole bathroom and have grab bars for the shower

Has several doctor appointments coming up and needs to schedule maybe a week or two out.
