Multi-Bathroom Work
Replace 3 rotted 2 x 4 floor joists and 4 feet of mud sill that is also rotted in a small bathroom. We’ll have the floor removed so you have direct access. After replacing the joists and sill, we will button it up with a new floor installed by another contractor. We also need one 4 x 8 sheet of sheet rock screwed onto the studs.
