Deck and Residential Work
Deckhouse was constructed by Deckhouse in 1987. Will require experience working on Deckhouse’s and working with Deckhouse architects.
1. Deck on the south side needs redesign/rebuild. The south wall (2 levels of sliders and windows) needs refurbishing. Would like to estimate replacing existing deck with combination deck/screened porch (atrium?) as a possible solution to replacing the existing deck and refurbishing the south wall.
2. Two second-floor bedroom windows need glass replacement and refinishing. Other doors and windows need to be assessed for repair or replacement.
3. Perhaps as a separate project, looking at removing the existing brick chimney and replacing the living-room fireplace/wood stove with a mini-split/fireplace, which will likely need design and custom work.
