We're interested in building an ADU across the street from our home. We have already had the property surveyed along with a geotech survey as well. We have the plans and have worked with Eric Olsen (Olsen Engineering) on several issues. We also have tentative approval from HLS to connect to the sewer system. We also have approval from the LHD for the requested setback.
