When we chose our lot to build on (which we paid a lot premium for), we were never notified that the 2 lots next to us were going to be “spec homes,” built and sold at at-least half the cost of our home, which brings down the property value of our home. We even offered to purchase the lot next to us, but was ignored by Cameron. Timbered Ridge didn’t even list these homes on the MLS in order to hide the pricing (deceitful). Every other home in this community while under contract has been listed on the MLS. Then, we tried to communicate to Cameron the concerns about the layout of the spec home on the lot next to us and once again were ignored. Once Timbered Ridge gets your money, you will be ignored. Now, two homes are being built at at-least half the cost of every other home in our community, bringing down our property values. The layout of the home on the lot next to us is horrible as well for the buyer and us as far as privacy goes. Builder Beware: Timbered Ride is deceitful and greedy!

We were excited about buying a Timbered Ridge home initially, but as the building progressed, we were soon disappointed on a daily basis. We have found that we definitely over paid for our house and will never see a profit when we sell. The customer service was extremely slow and has continued to get slower after they received our money. I had to make several calls to Ken and complain to get basic stuff done. The fit and finish of the interior was shotty. The doors stick, mismatched hardware, and the framing around the windows were bent. The online warranty service is a joke. It’s been 2 weeks since we submitted our last warranty. Timbered Ridge has since sold this Post Falls development to another builder so I am sure the value of our house will drop even more. Timbered Ridge has to be laughing all the way to the bank. After talking with our other neighbors they have the same poor quality construction issues as well. We will be selling this house soon.
