New Home Construction
The survey shows two buildings that have been removed and are no longer there. Our budget is $450,000.
To keep our budget low, we'd like to:
- leave the basement UNFINISHED
- wait to do built-in shelves
- do landscaping ourselves
- use the cheapest siding (vinyl?)
The land is already flat, and there are electric, gas, city water, and city sewer hookups from previous buildings.
2,000 square foot house (1,000 square feet on 1st and 2nd floors) - and UNFINISHED basement
Is this doable?
