Interior Framing
I need a framer for the interior of my duplex.
I am also considering a covered landing so my tenets won’t be in the rain too long when trying to get into the apartment.
The building was built in 74 and the walls are 2x4, I need it to be widen to 2x6.
The original floor plan, for both sides, is a two bedroom with bathroom in the middle. I am changing both sides to a one bedroom.
The entire space on both sides of the duplex is gutted.
I need my bathroom/laundry room walls built dividing the living room and bedroom. The bathroom wall dividing the bedroom will use 2x4, the other wall dividing the living room will be 2x6 for plumbing.
I've done one side of my duplex but would like to hire for the other side. The side I did might need your expertise to be finished if needed.
