The building was built in 74 and the walls are 2x4, I need it to be widen to 2x6. The original floor plan, for both sides, is a two bedroom with bathroom in the middle. I am changing both sides to a one bedroom. The entire space on both sides of the duplex is gutted. I need my bathroom/laundry room walls built dividing the living room and bedroom.
