Overpriced and over budget, should you decide to use this contractor make sure that your estimate is complete and in detail writing. Had allot of add on's and contractor was aware of the insurance quote and overcharged even for work they did not perform. When questioned about the price became upset that the bill could be questioned and decided to charge extra for items that had not been approved prior. Be ready with your checkbook they only take cash.
