Design Build - Home Remodel
Type of project: Have a 2 bedroom condo in west Maui. There is a major internal renovation going on in the building to replace all the plumbing. Keith's building is slated to be offline for 7 weeks next fall for that project. Want to do an upgrade to kitchen which will involve some electrical work, replacement of countertop/sink. Extend countertop so it has an overhang. Re routing electrical and changing lights in the kitchen. Have two bathrooms where we will swap out counters in the bathrooms as well. Nice to have would be turn the tub into a more modern shower and retiling the shower. Mini tub in the other bathroom being ripped out and making that a shower only which would involve retiling that as well.
