Deck Work
I received your contact information from TimberTech. I am working on a new SFR in Lake Elsinore on the mountain. It will have a view and a substantial deck for which I need to get an estimate. We prefer the TimberTech Vintage collection as it has the highest fire standards and best colors.
The deck area is 548 s.f. and it is 9'-0" above grade. The rail height is 42". For pricing of materials, I looked at Lowes who supplies the TimberTech plans, and railing I used a Trex aluminum version just for pricing. I am also fine with a traditional railing from TimberTech as long as it meets fire requirements.
