New home being built need work from scratch up some time this July expected move in. Landscape is mostly needed in the back (drainage, sprinklers, concrete, DG, small lawn). Backyard space is 27'/59'. Concrete needs may vary based on pricing and recommendations. Fine, hard-packed DG with a stabilizer could replace a couple areas, like the front walk paths and the floating slab. Frontyard needs include a walk path around the garage into the sideyard and possibly extending the driveway (HOA permitting), landscaping, drip, and basics already included.
