Home Renovation
I'm a Lancaster homeowner participating in the City's Home Rehabilitation Program (HRP). I was granted $15,000 for pre-approved home renovations and need bids from licensed General Contractors.
General Contractors must first agree to the City’s HRP guidelines and regulations, including documentation of insurance and licenses.
Homeowners are provided HRP Bid packages and are responsible for obtaining General Contractor bids and submitting at least 3 completed Bid Packages to the City.
The City will select the lowest, most qualified bidder, inspect completed work for code compliance, and pay the General Contractor.
My home renovations include 6 windows, 1 garage access/entry fire door, 1 sliding glass door, 1 shower/tub replacement, and GFCI outlets.
