Recent review by Scott: Absolutely terrible experience. Our HOA hired A&M to paint the exterior of our four building/12 unit townhouse community. We gave a 50% deposit to start the work and an additional 25% when the main surface area of two of the four buildings were completed. This did not count electrostatic painting having been done yet on balcony railings on any of the buildings....
