Custom Home Build
This is a custom home build on a large wooded lot in the blackberry landing subdivision of Lenoir City, TN. The house was designed by a local architect and is a 2760sf ranch with 3 car garage. We are entertaining builders conversation to determine a good match and will request a bid of up to 4 builders. We have full set of building plans, septic permit in hand, clearance from the HOA, house staked out on the lot, and initial bank qualifications completed. We just need to find a true craftsman who is trustworthy and can deliver our project in budget and under 10 months time.
