Multi-Room Remodel
There are several parts to this project that we would like to complete either all at once or in stages depending on budget.
a) create new entrance for first floor apartment, separate from existing entrance
b) combine upper & lower first floor into one dwelling (wall removal and install)
c) remodel bathroom on first floor
d) create W/D installation
e) replace windows
f) fix stucco
g) create small balcony over existing front door to access from upper floor room.
