After 20 years of neglect, the branch of Desiree Rd, a registered class B private road that terminates at my property, needs to be brought up to county standards for private roads. About 410' long and 26' wide with turn-ins for the first 80', necked down to 20' terminating in a 50' cul-de-sac or 3-point turnaround, each leg 20x60.
