Build: Condominium full remodel
The condominium was built in the 1970's and has never been remodeled or updated. It is a two bedroom, two bath unit on the second floor. This would be a complete remodel: new windows, flooring, lighting, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets and appropriate appliances where needed. I understand that the budget would be over $100,000 but am unsure how much over. There are also popcorn ceilings. The contractor would have to work with the condo board and their requirements as well.
