The two workers were friendly but with inadequate attention to detail AND BUSY WITH OTHER JOBS. Biggest pproblem: NOT GETTING TIMELY ANSWER TO QUESTIONS. VERY FRUSTRATION. THEW WOMAN NEVER RETURNED A PHONE CALL
