Modular Home Construction
I am hoping to find a modular home builder who can meet the VA construction loan requirements through my mortgage company so that the home, including total construction costs and the property, totals no more than $470,000 (including well and septic) that would go on this property.
The property will cost somewhere between $145,000 and $149,000, so I must keep my total home build costs no more than $320,000.
I am hoping to have either a barndominium or modular home no more than 2030 sq ft with a two-car garage on a slab. No steps. I have attached a couple of house photos similar to what I am hoping for. My son-in-law is a flooring specialist, so he would be doing the flooring for the entire house.
