Multi-Residential Work
I want to do as much as I can, curb appeal most important if I decide to sell. Outside first that will improve the value. Side porch is the biggest. I want to get that updated and possibly close it in. Front porch is small and just an entrance way. Needs some siding done. Would like to come up with brick to the windows for cosmetic. I want better lighting on front porch. Hard to do too much inside because it's very cluttered. One hallway one den and one laundry room might be doable but there is no lighting in the laundry room. The side house/den needs to be improved cosmetically.
