Multi-Residential Remodel
Includes finishing up the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. For the electrical, this means installing all the outlets, switches, lighting, and hooking up appliances, as well as getting power connected through Dominion Energy. Once everything is in place, the city will do a final inspection. For HVAC, we’re putting in air diffusers, grills, and two outdoor units (one for each floor), along with thermostats, making sure everything is connected and running properly before the final inspection. Once all this is done, we'll coordinate with the city to make sure everything passes inspection and the house is re...

Front Entryway Remodel
We are looking to replace/fix the brick stoop/steps, add an extra 2" brick step at the bottom of the stairs to bring it up to code as the first step is currently 9" from the ground, replace railings and portico posts as they are currently detached from the stoop/steps and in poor shape, and create an aggregate walkway from the driveway to the front steps. (Right now we have a few stepping stones for a path to the front.) Our goal is to make the entryway safe for our small children and older parents who are the babysitters. If you're interested, please reach out. Thank you!
