MBR needs enough room for king bed. To match color/ style of main house with metal roof. Requires hurricane proofing with impact glass and doors. Need feasibility study first. Will be ready to build when sewer system is completed on our street. Have 500 gallon propane tank on premises for tankless water heater. Building would be to the right of the current driveway. This area has the drainage field for the current septic system.
