I cannot recommend this contractor. The quality of the material in our home he built last year is not of to my standards, We moved into it seven months ago. Cheap carpeting, pantry door won't stay on the track, garage door has been squeaking since we moved in. I have oiled the track once, now I have to do it again. The vent for the dryer has come off the outside wall. We have brought this up to builder with no response. This has happened before. This a new home. I rate him a 2, because of the above.
