Three Old Split Systems Replacement
Proposal for converting from three old split systems to two new split systems at location after a walk through with owner. New duct work already in place but will need rework for two not three air handlers.
For each of the two split systems:
-Cooling capacity: 36,000-42,000 BTU (3-3.5 tons)
-Heating capacity: ~20,000-25,000 BTU (Heat pump preferred)
-SEER rating: Aim for 16-20 SEER
-Moisture removal
-Smart thermostat
