I need to replace laminate flooring and repair the plywood/subfloor underneath due to some water damage. The room is approximately 20 ft x 10 ft and was previously installed as a floating laminate floor. Some sections of the plywood below have gotten soft and need to be replaced and reinforced before reinstalling the new laminate flooring. The room is empty and ready for work right now — you can start immediately. I will provide all materials (laminate, underlayment, etc.), just need labor for demo, plywood/subfloor repair, and reinstallation. I need to tear up my old floors and put in tile that matches my building requirements; the square footage is 1750 of usable floor that needs tile and includes 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.
