Ivan and his crew are the best in the business. He made sure that the experience was as smooth as possible. He kept us informed and walked us throughout the whole process.
The best part of this whole experience was that he stuck to his timeline even though we had a major setback due to our concrete slab not been level.
After leveling the slab I almost didn’t want to cover it up with the tile because of how beautiful it came out. In the end our floors came out beautiful and we are extremely happy. If we had to go through the whole process again, it will be with no one else but Ivan and his crew at The Miami Floors. Thank again and the bathrooms are next!
