Looking to finish remodeling of home. Need living room and master bedroom remodeled in 1921 single story bungalow. Lath & Plaster walls. Ceiling in living room is great, unknown about bedroom. Maple floor will also need to be redone in both rooms along with the adjacent dining room. Remodeled kitchen (20yrs ago) needs drywall repair work since all seems are cracked. Will need good carpenter to install crown molding. Most woodwork to be done in birch. All wood is to be stained. Fireplace requires new mantel and adjacent cabinets. I can insulate walls and do all required electrical.

Pull out the old plastic shower/tub insert and install the new tub. (I have a tile guy to tile the walls.) Pull out and replace the vanity (I'll supply the vanity). Pull two 30" x 47" areas of tile from walls surrounding the stool and replace with drywall. Basically, we are buying our own appliances (tub, vanity) and having someone come in to do the tile.
