Add a Gable roof (21x14 approx) over existing back deck. Two 8"x8" posts with round 16" x 12" deep footers on the open end away from the house, Gable roof (6x12 pitch) cross section to existing house roof (12x12 pitch). Shingle roof material. Completely open on 3 sides (4th side is the house). I'll attach plans and pics for inspiration (I understand materials/level of finishing affects pricing). I have a company to do the shingles /drip edge, etc. I don't mind submitting the permit with Mt. P either - just going to need a name and license for the project. Estimate for having ceiling material like in the inspiration pic and without. Also, no skylights or electrical needed.

I have an existing deck and want to enclose part of it as an all-season sunroom. The size of space to enclose is 13x13. prefer the sunroom to be gabled and windows/panels to be high-quality double-paned. Will require two complete walls and approx. 6 feet on a third side, the house will complete the other wall(s).
