Exterior Trim Painting
1. Power wash house (House is Brick)
2. Prep work
3. One coat on front of house to include porches (2), foyer, upper trim
4. One coat on the back garage overhang.
5. Two coats on rest of trim, near roof line and shiplap on bottom windows (3) on side near canal
6. Paint the porch exterior and replace screens. Paint ceiling.
7. Windows don't need painting, just power washing and mabe caulking.
8. Black handrails on front stoop.
9. Use Sherwin Williams Duration paint.
