Design & Build 600sf ADU
NOTES:
Behind house there is a metal shed workshop that is on a concrete foundation. Uninsured Drunk driver hit the shed. Shed was totaled and needs demo. Want to make a new structure, but property not zoned for ADU. Want to build a garage but finish on the inside with drywall flooring. Set up with big closet and half bath, space to add a shower later, Need to replace the entire back fence of the yard. It is wood currently would like white vinyl. Have a rolling gate that is as wide as the pavement so that can be sealed off. Would want the fence to go from the back of the property to the corners of the unit. Couple of pedestrian gates as well.
