Home remodel: Downstairs was remodeled in 2007 without a permit and the county wants it put back to code. I bought the house, not knowing that it had that code violation and definitely need to get an estimate of the cost of putting the downstairs back up to county codes for FEMA and the county. I did not do the remodel and the house was sold to me three years ago without disclosing the open code violation. I need this as soon as possible because I am going to get a summary judgment from Pasco County judge for doing the remodel and my appointment with the judge is July 7. Remove and replace old shower tile with granite, move water picket and combine with new shower head, shower light, new towel bars, replace shower flooring, remove threshold to shower, replace bathroom vanity, sinks, faucets, medicine cabinet, and add 2nd one to opposite wall, remove 3/4 wall next to commode, replace with something more attractive, and replace commode with one that sits up a little higher. Replace the large mirror with two separate ones and add a small cabinet to the wall above the vanity's center. Bench in shower is at an angle, prefer it be horizontal.
