I was called by them in February and was asked if I was interested in replacing my windows. A sales rep came out and explained very thoroughly all the options I could have. I purchased Andersen windows and was asked for a deposit that was a little more than I was comfortable with, but wrote a check anyways. Within a couple of days their engineer came out and measured my windows. I was contacted within 3 weeks and had my windows installed. The installers did great work and had the job done in 2 days. All the correct permits were filed because I checked with the building dept. When the job was completed my sales rep came back out to see if I was satisfied with the work. I have had alot of work done on my home and I can say this was the most professional company I have done business with. Great Job Guys!!!
