We are currently in the preliminary planning phase of a project and would appreciate your assistance in providing a rough order of magnitude (ROM) quote for budgeting purposes. Specifically, we are seeking estimates for the following items:
Architect’s quote for construction documents
Architect’s quote for furniture coordination
Furniture cost
Construction cost of the General Contractor (based on construction documents)
Printing and branding services through DirectEd
We do have a mood board for the area.
